An a la Carte menu featuring mouthwatering fresh seafood (surf) and delicious meat dishes(turf), combining Scottish & Mediterranean cuisine, including our now famous Aberdeen Angus steaks - all brought together for a truly irresistible treat for the taste buds. To enhance your enjoyment of the evening, Gillian will be playing easy listening on the keyboard.

pan fried with a shallot and local whisky cream

lightly steamed in white wine & cream, with coriander, fresh chilli, garlic & ginger

served on a bed of risotto, finished with parmesan & white wine cream

served with exotic salad & a balsamic vinegar dressing

served with crispy salad and lemon dressing

enhanced by a saffron beurre blanc. Served with a side salad.
